#151 MY FAIR LANCE AND ESKIMO

151fair07title.jpg

I usually color in storyline covers on photoshop, but it takes ages. Coloring with marker means I can’t control my colors as well– I can’t choose exactly what color I want, nor can I limit the image to a certain number of colors–but it takes about a quarter of the time. The handmade aesthetic is different, but has its advantages.

Colored while listening to the “This American Life” program on testosterone.

Lance and Eskimo, written & drawn by Laura Hughes. Webcomic 2007-present; stories & characters developed 1998-present. Come for the surreal parody, lovable scamps, and persistent homoeroticism, stay for the passing flashes of quality!
